Yes! Most of our dumbwaiter models are available as DIY kits, making it easy for builders or experienced homeowners to handle the installation themselves. The only exception is our Traveler model, which requires professional installation due to its specific design. We purchased a Voyager lift from Galaxy Lifts to use basically like a utility lift to our upstairs attic/storage. The sales staff and installation personnel were amazing. They were extremely helpful in choosing which model would work best for our needs. I would definitely recommend this product and Galaxy Lifts if you are in the market for such a purchase.

We did a walk-through of all the operations and safety features before they left. We are also impressed with the quality of the Voyager + cargo lift. The whole assembly is rock-solid, and it’s built to last. We used to move a lot of heavy items up and down the stairs, but no more! The Galaxy lift does all the heavy lifting now and we love it.
