The installation crew was professional, efficient, and fast! The crew arrived in the morning and by mid-afternoon they were finished. We did a walk-through of all the operations and safety features before they left. We are also impressed with the quality of the Voyager + cargo lift. The whole assembly is rock-solid, and it’s built to last. We used to move a lot of heavy items up and down the stairs, but no more! The Galaxy lift does all the heavy lifting now and we love it.

We purchased a Voyager lift from Galaxy Lifts to use basically like a utility lift to our upstairs attic/storage. The sales staff and installation personnel were amazing. They were extremely helpful in choosing which model would work best for our needs. I would definitely recommend this product and Galaxy Lifts if you are in the market for such a purchase.
